The circle pads are good, but I have to change them about 2-3 … These nursing pads are okay, and mostly do the job that they are made for, although I have a few concerns. The heart shaped pads are thinner and do not provide enough protection. I leaked through these. The circle pads are good, but I have to change them about 2-3 times a day to not feel damp (compared to my cotton pads, which I only have to change if worn overnight). The heart pads frayed quite a bit after 1 wash (see photo). The mesh bag provided always opens in the wash, whether knotted or tied in a bow. A zipper on the bag would have been better. The circle pads are smooth on the bra facing side and soft on the boob facing side. If you have a stretchy nursing bra, the pad outline does show a little bit, but it is not as bad as other pads I’ve used. The pads shift around a little bit inside my bra, but mostly get the job done. I would have preferred all circle/thick pads over the 4 heart pads. It’s also a bit annoying that this company contacts you several times…

Not as effective as disposable pads I really wanted to love these. As a new mom, I’ve gone through the Lansinoh and the Philips Avent disposables and was ready to go the reusable way. I’ve now been through a round of all the nursing pads and here’s what I’ve found:PROs:1. The unused pads are really soft and feel great against the skin.2. Looks like it would take a lot to cause a leak- when I rinsed out the used pads it took quite a bit of water to wet the entire pad to wash out the milkCONs:1. If you don’t change a used pad and the milk dries up, the leaked milk tends to dry up and feel very rough against the skin.2. I wish these came in different sizes- these are bulky and bunch up inside the nursing bra. It also looks quite lumpy and evident through unlined nursing bras.3. The lining on the flower shaped pads and the round pads seem different- the flower shape are softer on the skin. Both have the problem when the milk dries on them though.Summary: I would…

Round pads not discreet / Flower pads not absorbent I’ve gone through 5 boxes of disposable pads in the past 7 months and I’ve never leaked through a pad (nor did I with my first baby). I received these, washed them right away, and started using the flower shaped pads as soon as they dried. A few hours later, I noticed my nursing tank was all wet. I had soaked right through the pads and my shirt! I wasn’t even full! That being said, the flower shaped pads are TERRIBLE when it comes to absorbency. However, they were very discreet under my nursing tank. I also tried the round pads. The absorbency of these was MUCH better. However, my chest was super lumpy in my nursing tank. There is no way I could use these in public. My advice for Eco Nursing Pads would be to make the round pads into flower shapes as well. I’m really bummed. I was hoping to love these and quit buying disposables. However, that will not be happening and now I’m out the $14 I paid for reusable pads that I will never use.
