It’s not normal and it is treatable! This was a a short but very good read. As a physiotherapist of 20+ years and having spent time in recent years getting better educated on pelvic health and treating incontinence in older adults, this would have been an amazing resource to have a few years ago to introduce me to the basics. A Users Guide for a healthy bladder! I like the clarity and ease for dealing with a complex issue and that the book is written in a way to be helpful for all ages and genders.
