Tranquility TopLiner® Disposable Booster Pads are designed to increase the capacity of any incontinence product. These booster pads have a flow-through design that allows the pad to fill to capacity first and then pass additional fluid to the primary absorbent product. These absorbent pads can add absorbency to any absorbent product, economically extending the use of the primary product. The booster pads are convenient to change and replace, particularly at times when it’s difficult to change the primary product. The high-capacity, absorbent peach core contains superabsorbent polymers that guarantee skin dryness, odor reduction, urine pH neutralization, and inhibition of bacterial growth. These booster pads have an adhesive strip for customizable positioning for men or women. For example, they can be placed higher in the front to create a more highly absorbent male product, in the center to increase capacity for a female product, or toward the back for increased absorbency and easy cleaning of bowel, or fecal, incontinence. Available in three sizes (Mini, Regular, and Super). Latex-free.

Cheap Chux is excellent provider of high quality incontinence items. These liners are perfect for placing inside of Tranquility pull up or wrap around adult diapers. For several hrs of protection I place 1 TopLiner onto the diaper inside, as shown in product photo. Then, I place another TopLiner sticky side onto the top of the first one. When away for 2-4 hrs from bathroom, I can carefully and slowly remove the 2nd TopLiner that has filled to max. The 1st TopLiner and pull up diaper are dry and can last 2-3 more hrs. Buy these – really, they are that awesome. These liners are AMAZING! We used them with my dad in his diaper. They hold sooooo much. Really prevented a lot of leaks. Made it much easier to keep him dry, and to prevent embarrassing accidents when out in public. Quality Has Changed Been buying these for my mom for a while and have noticed a definite change in quality. The pads have gotten thinner while the adhesive has gotten stronger. The pads aren’t as absorbent as they used to be and tear when you pull them off destroying the pull-up diaper underneath which you then have to replace even if dry and clean.
