Tranquility TopLiner® Disposable Absorbent Booster Contour Pads have a wide hourglass shape specifically designed for bowel incontinence (or fecal incontinence). These booster pads have a flow-through design that allows the pad to fill to capacity first and then pass additional fluid to the primary absorbent product. They can add absorbency or bowel incontinence protection to any absorbent product, economically extending the use of the primary incontinence product. The contour booster pads are convenient to change and replace, particularly at times when it’s difficult to change the primary product. The high-capacity, absorbent peach core contains superabsorbent polymers that guarantee skin dryness, odor reduction, urine pH neutralization, and inhibition of bacterial growth. These pads do not have an adhesive strip, which eases cleanup and changes. The pads can be placed in many different ways to increase absorbency. Available in two sizes (Contour and Super-plus). Latex-free.

Very Absorbent Very absorbent and when we used this with a tranquility overnight brief, had no leaks for care of elderly mother who was fully incontinent. Tried a lot of different brands and options, but consider Tranquility the best.
Absorbancy-wise they are great, though I would rate a 5 if they had an adhesive strip of some kind. Even with the âhourglass shape, they shift a bit if you are at all active. I ended up buying two sided cello tape and put about 2-3 inches at each end. Absorbancy-wise they are great, though.
Top liner contour pad works well. These work well for extra protection for all day use. The outside layer or protective brief need to be large enough to hold the pad in place.Pull ups or diaper style work ok. For extra protection the tranquility personal pad package 24/pkg.
