Tear-away side seams allow for easy removal. The soft, cloth-like inside layer of the diaper is gentle against your skin. The underlying, high-capacity, absorbent peach core contains superabsorbent polymers that guarantee skin dryness, odor reduction, urine pH neutralization, and inhibition of bacterial growth. Kufguards (inner leg cuffs) channel fluids into the core, helping to contain high volume urge episodes and bowel incontinence. Available in six sizes (X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large (XL), 2X-Large (XXL)). Blue leg elastic indicates the Premium OverNight product compared to the Premium DayTime product for all sizes except the X-Small and Small. (The X-Small and Small diapers are only available as a Premium OverNight product.) Latex-free.

An honest to goodness, godsend. The fit is comfortable, I would definitely suggest following waist measurements over weight sizing, which doesn’t even make sense. Anyway, absorbant levels are out of this world! I just got my 10th case today. I have tried every brand and style I could find, nothing even remotely compares to Tranq’s premiums. The thing I LOVE most about them is the dry feeling even nearing capacity. If it weren’t for the additional weight of the diaper, many times I wouldn’t even know if I went. For real…
Some of the bags are dry rotted. Doesn’t absorb … Some of the bags are dry rotted. Doesn’t absorb and rips. I sent a message hoping they would send me a replacement bag of diapers and because I am such a loyal customer I thought they would make it right but they did not. ð
Keeps You Dry Overnight! Good product; good service. Underwear can hold a large volume without leaking down your legs. A tad bulky, but these do keep me dry!I wish the manufacturers would call this type of product “Underwear” instead of “Diapers”!!! Adults with incontinence problems are not the same as infants!
