Very comfortable, great fit, very absorptive These Tena underwear are very comfortable and absorbent. They have a snug fit, which of course is desirable to help retain fluids. They wick fluids away from the body very well, which helps improve comfort. They can be pulled on and off; there is also a seam on the side to tear them off although I do not use that.The only small negative is that they ride a bit low – between the hip and the waist. Inaccurate size chart Dad wears size 38 pants, and wears size 36 underwear so I ordered the M size disposable brief due to the size chart indicated M fits to size 44. Unfortunately He could not pull them up. Size chart not even close.
