Having used these pads for my mother or almost 5 years, I am disapointed that TENA has discontinued them We have been using these pads for my 97 year old mother who has dementia and aphasia and also continence problems for about 5 years. We use these pads for nighttime since they are heavier and larger than the heavy, long pads which we use in the daytime. They cover well, and prevent spillover onto outer clothing and bedding. They Work! They give you security, once you figure out how to use them for your situation. I like these incontinence Pads. For my higher level of need pairing these Overnight (#7) Pads with my overnight (#7) underwear works perfectly, then pairing them with Maximum(#6) underwear in the day time works perfectly. Dislike New Shape The new shape of Tena Serenity Overnight pads do not meet my elderly relative’s needs, therefore, I willbe ordering/purchasing Poise pads to determine if they provide better protection.I think it is time for the manufacturer’s of these products to employ a focus group of real consumersand caregivers to determine the real needs of the users.
