I have easy instructions to fit the pad over modal, pouch briefs. I feel a little awkward reviewing this item. But the fact is that I have an occasional “leak” or drip after urinating. prostatectomy earlier i reviewed depends real fit underwear, and depends guards. here’s the breakdown- after surgery/cath removal i much preferred the real fit. i was pretty sore as it turned out i had an infection from the catheter, so i don’t know how sore you might normally be. but the real fit were more comfy than the depends guards. the guards were thicker and fitted within underwear caused more unwanted pressure. i’d swear the real fit was softer too. after a few weeks (was resistant to 1st antibiotic)…

Very absorbent! MUCH more comfortable than wearing an adult diaper! I’m disabled due to a spinal cord injury and while I’m able to control my bladder, a few months ago I started having small accidents.
