best of breed The triangular shape of these pads make them foolproof. The other brands are not as wide at the top causing the potential for a small leak around the side even for just the occasional accidental dribble. Tena for Men This product is an excellent product for protecting the clothing of a person, who may not have complete control of their urin flow. It does an excellent job of blocking and soaking up urine, under normal expulsion pressure, and as good a job as other like items I have tried, under stress pressures such as sneezing, coughing etc.
good choice for post prostate surgery Bought these for my dad (in his 50’s) before his prostate surgery. Didn’t know what he would need but based on other reviews chose these pads. He ended up having some light stress incontinence mainly when standing up from a seated position. He had a lot of soreness in the bladder area and briefs would have put too much pressure there. They are discrete. I have never been able to tell that he is wearing them. He has ordered these on his own since.
