Accidents donât soak through to mattress! We bought this because we are going to try and get our 3 yo to wear panties overnight. Works great, use under fitted sheet This pad works well. I used it for my first and second kids. I read a lot of reviews where people are complaining that it comes untucked and slides around. I have always used it under the fitted sheet — it never occurred to me to put it right on top– and it has never slipped. It’s absorbed every leak, and there have been many.
