Prevail premium, extra absorbency undergarment Being totally incontinent I have to wear a pad at all times. Since I do not like jocky shorts or similar garment to utilise a separate inner pad I have found that placing a pad inside one of these Prevail undergarments works quite well. I only have to change the Prevail undergarment about once a day whereas the inside pad that I place there has to be changed much more frequently. Just what I was looking for These were exactly what I was looking for. I used a pharmacy brand that was no longer covered by insurance – and there were no alternatives that worked. These are almost exact and work perfectly for my needs. Great price, too. I like when I can order in bulk. They are thin, but very absorbent and I liked the way they are “pressed”, “stitched”, or what have you because I cut cut them and they stuffing doesn’t fallout and cause a mess.
Design is good, padding quality is not I really like the way these fit. It’s hard to get a comfortable fit with a full-brief incontinence product, and the belt system these Prevail undergarments employ works well. But if you don’t change them frequently, especially if you do much walking around, the white padding on the inside crumbles up into pills. I’ve even had the separating layer bust and the cottony pills wind up, um, you know, in the crack(s). So I’ll use these up (all 120 of them) and then try something else.
