Good for lighter letdown; best for night-time use I used disposables for the first few weeks, but as my supply settled down and my letdowns got lighter I switched to these at night. I like them, but sometimes go through 3-4 per night as they get wet and should be changed out. So I would suggest getting two sets so you have enough to go more than 2 days between laundry. like me, make sure you’re wearing a contoured/lined bra … Now that I am a few months out, these work relatively well. When my milk first came in and I was engorged, however, these did not absorb enough to wear them out in public/for more than 2-3 hours. I was trying to save money/waste by using these over disposable pads. Because of the very flat shape, they don’t mold to the shape of my breasts.
