Fairly comfortable. CONs – The absorbent pad needs a little … Going through some medical stuff so I need these, hopefully not forever.PROs – Does stop the smell, does absorb leaks for the most part. I keep having to push the underwear over else it leaks.I don’t leak a lot so these are OK. As long as the absorbent pad is pushed to the left these work.. Not perfect but so far nothing I’ve tried yet is.
