Great product! As much as I wanted this to be the perfect answer to my hubby’s issues, it was not. The pad in these underwear go all the way up the back of the buttocks. He found it very irritating on his skin and his legs, because he has to walk all day at work. If you had another kind that did not reach all the way up the back, he would be thrilled! Fabric too thin to hold heavy pad The fabric is too thin to hold the heavy absorbent pad. Same with the waistband, its too thin to hold the heavy absorbent pad. It kept sliding down. The pad doesn’t come all the way up to the waistband at the back for those that want it to absorb blood discharge from the back. This issue is accentuated with the fact that it keeps sliding down. Product description said “100% cotton” but the label said “100% polyester”.I also tried Kleinert’s together with this and I like it…
