How our Esteem Pad Works: Made of seven layers of material, this pad will provide both comfort and efficacy. The top layer, placed against your body is made of poly suede, which makes it soft, dry to the feel after use and will reduce skin irritation. The inner layers are made of microfiber and woven rayon to provide superior absorbancy with a very light material weight. The microfiber will wick the moisture away and disperse the liquid evenly while the inner layer of rayon will absorb. The base layer of polyester with added leak resistant coating will provide a protective barrier to eliminate leaking. Instructions for use: Place insert into undergarment with white side up (against your body). Care instructions: Machine wash and dry warm. Do not use chlorine bleach, fabric softener or softener sheets as it would reduce the efficacy of this microfiber product by clogging the fabric.

Overall good, better using 2 onesie snap extenders These would be better if they had some snaps or something to keep them in place. When exercising they ride up, and look odd under your clothes. Remember to grab it when you go to the bathroom so it doesn’t take a swim! They do wash well, better if you put ammonia in the wash water, if you’ve had an accident in them, to take out the smell. If they bunch up just whack them hard against a countertop on the ends, once they’re dry, to get the inside padding to lie flat again. I haven’t had a problem…
Great idea Love love love – so much more comfortable than throw away pads and launder well. Will order more- expensive to start but will save money in long run. I got moderate absorb- would like to find heavy absorb for away from home.
Esteem pads This is a very good product.The length is great.There are no snaps to deal with and they hold a lot of liquid.My only issue is that the inner layers sometimes ‘twist’ while in the washing machine and are very hard to get to lay flat again.A better sewing job around the whole pad would help.I still like them.
