Really soft and comfy, but you can see their outline. My honest review would have to be four out of five stars. My reason for taking off a star is because you can see the full outline of these nursing pads under your clothing. I wanted something that I could wear out and about without having to worry that people can see my lumpy breast pads. Very nice but does not last overnight I realize overnight for most people is 6 hours but these do not last more than say 8 hours or so before they do not absorb anymore and the sides start leaking (I am talking about the 2 thicker pads for overnight). I have not had any leaking problems during the day so I just use them during the day now.Another plus is these pads are flat in front. I havr noticed that the pads that have a seam/dart on the side end in a point that looks just as bad as a nipple through your clothes…

They come in a gorgeous box with a canvas bag, a little postcard/card, and a mesh bag for washing them. They are soooo soft with fun/cute designs on the back! They seem very absorbant and I’m sure will survive well through many washings. A great thing for a mom to buy herself, or a present to buy a breastfeeding momma for a baby shower!
