Very absorbent As a new mom with a VERY heavy milk flow, I have tried several different breast pads over the last few months. Best ones so far I’ve tested several nursing pads, this one is by far the best. Absorbent, good shape, small enough not to wad up and show in your bra. It doesn’t have adhesive backing, but I haven’t found a need for them with others with this feature. In fact, the pads can flip around and the sticky can get stuck to you instead, no fun!
