Huge and Comfortable When compared to other pads these TENA pads are huge. They extend far to the front and back, which should be better for when you are sleeping. Walking around and sitting any leaks flow straight down. Laying in bed gravity will still pull fluids down, but that may not be where other pads have their absorbent material.I’ll put up photos shortly that will give you an idea of how these relate to other pads. Perfect for overnight, Revision of Previous Review I previously reviewed this product giving this a 5 star, so this is an update. I now agree with other reviewers that Tena has not only changed by adding “Intimates”‘ but the ultimate pad IS NOT as absorbent as they used to be even though Tena claims the pads are the same quality. THE TENA INTIMATES ULTIMATE PADS WITH #6 OUT OF #7 ABSORBENCY, A POOR QUALITY PRODUCT This is not the product I originally purchased ON Amazon.com. I originally purchased a three pack white pack with front orange band labeled TENA SERENITY ULTIMATE PADS WITH A #5 ABSORBENCY out of #6 RATING, which is an excellent product. The Tena Intimates Ultimate Pads, which I mistakenly purchased at Walmart, is a horrible product.
