I made one successfurl order from the USA to Europe and received the European superior version. Now when I order The Tena Level 3 product you can get in the USA is inferior to the same Tena Level 3 product that I by buy in Europe. The European version does not have the blue lines on the interior of the pad, is firmer and retains much more fluid. Happy Customer Wish I had know about these earlier. I am a caregiver for my elderly dad who has dementia. He had been wearing Depends briefs but he often woke up wet. Following another person’s recommendation, we added the tena level three inside his Depends at night. No more waking up with wet pants or sheets. And they work so great we leave them in all day. If he is too confused in the afternoon to change into fresh Depends it is a breeze to just remove the tena pad and replace it with a new pad.
