The best is still seldom perfect Work well and are relatively comfortable, but makes the area hot. Like most of them the adhesive is only a strip down the center leaving the wings and the lower tail free to get folded in as you move around or if you just get a little careless pulling up the underwear. I add a piece of Braza flash tape (from Amazon) in those spots to avoid an unpleasant surprise. However, if you need something to handle a moderate amount of leakage this is the best I have found.If you need…

Almost perfect… I’m a newbie to the incontinence world and still quite uncomfortable with the constant drip and squirt actions… These pads are almost perfect. The ‘wings’ are nicely placed to catch any leakage to the sides while sitting, lying down or driving, and the long ‘tail’ is comforting for downward leaks while walking around. The only negatives I have is that the adhesive strip could be a little wider (like .5 to 1.0 inch more on each side, and the adhesive could be a little stronger.

Who Knew They Had Wings? When I purchased these I didn’t know that Tena thinks all men use briefs without a fly. They have wings so wide they cover the fly. I have to use scissors and cut one wing off before I can use them, and tape the raw edge with adhesive tape to prevent the filler from leaking out.
