A lot more than I need, but will do the job for most… Post Op Prostrate… After reading tons of post op reviews, I feel fortunate that my “problems” are minimal. Leaving the hospital we were given a few standard “pads” which proved to be way way more than necessary.. I may have a few “drops” accident one or two times a day, usually with a sneeze or when blowing my nose. The hospital issue were for real accidents. These are similar to those. With a search, I found a pad I thought would be perfect, but for some reason…

Justin D. Garziano says:

Are they a safe pad? These are a nice guard however they are not in any kind of a envelope. When packed in a pocket during the day, they may lack the cleanliness necessary to prevent one from a UTI. Perhaps a coincidence but I never had a UTI when using Attends (which are individually wrapped) but a month into these pads I got one. Not a good experience. I cannot say for sure that the Prevail Guards were a causative factor but a wrap would not only be more sanitary but better to take along on a long trip.

RDP, SD says:

Decreased absorbency I believe that these have become less absorbent over time.I just realized that the previous orders were filled with pads maximum absorbency. Most recent subscription was filled with light to moderate absorbency pads. It looks as though the manufacturer has changed the product. It no longer works for me. I will find a more absorbent substitute.
