Not Just For Humans If you have ever bought “pee-pee” pads for puppies or older dogs, you know how insanely expensive they can be — often over $1.00 per pad. We have a 14 year old Yorkie who is deaf and blind in one eye. In addition she seems to pee every waking hour. Rather than let her roam and pee at will, we put her in one of our old Irish Wolfhound cages to contain her accidents at night. I find them to be a much better alternative than pads packaged specifically for dogs We actually use these for our little dogs who don’t have the bladder control to last if we’re out of the house for very long periods of time. I find them to be a much better alternative than pads packaged specifically for dogs. The reason for this is three-fold: 1. They are larger. 2. They are considerably more absorbent. 3. They are much less expensive. It’s a win-win for us!
