Not absorbent I am surprised these have such high reviews. They are not absorbent (which makes sense, since they are microfiber). The milk remains wet against your skin until it dries, and when it dries, the pads become crusty and hard. Both of these scenarios cause discomfort and itchy skin. I have started folding up small cotton cloths and stuffing them in my bra instead, and they are more absorbent and more comfortable than these.
