With 22+ years of experience, I can verify that NorthShore DoubleStop Male Guards are GREAT.. I have been wearing male guards of some sort since having my cancerous prostate removed in 1996.. That is over 22 years of experience with constant, heavy leakage and wearing these types of male guards.. In fact I make it a point to try new male guards as they come on the market. Much better than Depends with the elastic edging on the inside. Prostate cancer left me incontinent. I like the new elastic edge feature on the NorthShore pads that keep the urine aimed at the center of the pad.This greatly reduces the chance of side accidents that wet the edges of my underwear and gives me more comfort and confidence. I highly recommend this product.
