Reorder item not as expected We’ve purchased these a number of times for use as an extra barrier on the baby’s changing pad. Have always been happy with thickness/absorbency, but this latest order was of a complete different quality. Pads are much thinner, less sturdy, and even more rough to the touch. They rip more easily and are much less durable than we’re used to. These are a staple for us, so very disappointing that the quality is so inferior to what we’re used to.
Wafer thin product I been purchasing pads for many years using them for my two small yorkies. The pads get thinner and thinner and the dogs donât like them because their feet get flooded. The older pads were absorbing more – these just run right off to the tiles. Tried thewith pad holder and it is more of a mess. Please bring back the absorbent pads you use to sell. I came across these from midline when I did hospital purchasing. You should be ashamed Medline.
Inferior product on reorder I just received my reorder of these pads and they are much thinner and a bit smaller. They are less absorbent. Even the blue border is a lighter shade of blue. Either I was shipped the wrong product or the vendor source has changed for the worse.
