Stay nice and dry You just can’t be comfortable sitting in moisture all day and you really need to change theses pads as appropriate, but I do like them better than reusable bamboo cloth ones. I tried the Gerber, too small and made me itch. I have a near full box of Medela, which are ok but the adhesive leaves residue on the inside of my bras. I’ve got bamboobies, night and day reusable, which are good but without the adhesive they get twisted and wonky and need replaced after each feed. Best pads on the market! Breastfeeding my 4th child and these have been a must have for each one! Most comfortable. Show less under clothing than all others I’ve tried. The biggest thing was we did a test and poured water onto these and the Gerber and Avent and these held WAY more plus they absorbed the water faster.
