Not as expected This is totally not the 4 x 4 gauze that I typically purchase by Johnson and Johnson. It’s sounds almost plastic like when moved and has a tissue like paper on the inside of a very VERY thin piece of gauze. Not happy and I can definitely not use this particular style on my wounds as the gauze does not stay in its “4 x 4” shape. Not refundable either! Beware!

Thick And Absorbent These gauze pads are excellent for dressing a wound, including post-surgery wounds. They are large and provide good coverage. What I like best about these gauze pads is that they are thick and absorbent. They are perfect for dressing my post-surgical wound after my kidney transplant. I placed two orders for these gauze pads because they met all my needs. Should I need more, I will order again.
