Cotton Awesome! but bunching up and not staying in place, not awesome!! I was so pleased to be able to find a cotton panty liner with an odor control. As far as working, they do well. However, they can only work if they stay in place, not bunch up or worse, but true, fall off. After almost of year of using them, I have to request that the product design team return to the design board. I am very pleased I can still find these on Amazon as they are very soft, very absorbent and I especially like the 100% cotton construction. The adhesive keeps these perfectly in place.
