Not perfect but the best I’ve found if I do my part. I started using Depend For Men Guards 17+ years ago, shortly after radical prostatectomy surgery for very aggressive prostate cancer. Some ideas to help it perform better This is less of a review and more of some things I do to help make this product work better. My incontinence is severe and I have little or no control of my flow. I’ll do anything not to stain my exterior clothes or worse a bed sheet.I wear briefs and have marked all of them with a sharpie pen so that the pad is located in the optimum vertical position.
