BEWARE These are a unisex product. The back is just like the front which does not have to be problematic. Unfortunately, here there is a problem. These are enormously oversized. The space in the crotch is way too wide. The leg cutouts are equally large. When a manufacture sells a product that bares no resemblance to the accepted norm for a size they really are falsely advertising that product. Their size notations become meaningless. No overnight leakage! Eliminated the need for bed pads. Best disposable panty I’ve used with my elderly mom. We have used the product for months without leakage, even overnight. These are great!!! I have recently had incontinence, due to injury, so I’ve tried different brands. These are by far, the best ones that work great!!They do hold quite a bit and since I’ve had them, I’ve had a couple of leaks but due more to them moving out of place while sleeping (I move around quite a bit)Very happy with these…from now on, my go to!!
