There is a total of 30 individual pads in the box, with two pads individually wrapped together making 15 packs. The individual pared packaging has been very helpful since I often need to just grab and go. The individual layers of the pad are made thin enough that it’s not obvious under my cloths. Works, but doesn’t stand up to it’s name I don’t understand why it is so hard to make something so simple… but, I feel most nursing pads are miserable. The most basic disposable nursing pads I wore the Ameda Noshow Premium Disposable Nursing Pad the entire time I was nursing but only because I didn’t have the time to shop around for better ones. Being the first and only nursing pad I had ever worn I was fine with it, it did the job- hiding the leaks. As for the “no show” statement, I did not find this to be true at all not that it showed very much but I don’t believe any nursing pad shows too much from the outside, besides it’s nothing a padded bra couldn’t hide.
