I bought max absorpency and they actually absorb like a thicker pantyliner I bought max absorpency and they actually absorb like a thicker pantyliner. The worst part is the top layer stays moist. Gross! You are better off with an overnight/heavy sanitary napkin than these. The pro is that they are individually wrapped and not bulky. I would only buy if you experience very light leakage but definitely pass if you have moderate incontinence.
