Not just for incontinence I don’t have incontinence problems other than a sprinkle tinkle when I cough or sneeze to hard. I actually use these at night for my period. I have super heavy some one opened the Hoover dam flood gate periods for about 3 out of the 6 days. I can SLEEP all night without leaking or having to get up to change. Nice but perfume is strong These disposable underwear fit nicely (if you are short waisted they come to your waist). They are less bulky than most and that is important to some. Be aware that they have a strong (to me) perfume smell, hence the four stars. I normally buy unscented items that will touch skin, but there was nothing in the description that mentioned perfume. Hopefully they won’t have an adverse effect. If you are looking for disposable underwear for an elderly or bedridden person, these don’t come up high…
