DOES THE JOB WELL .. These work great! I have recently been having issues with bladder leakage when I sneeze and even during the night. I sneezed 3 or 4 times in a row and each time leaked a large amount onto the pad as my bladder was full. I thought for sure I would have to change my pants but the pad trapped it all and it kept the layer next to my skin dry. Definitely reordering this item.

Misleading information The information provided for this product is misleading. In the past, I bought a regular size liner (ultra thin, always discreet, sensitive bladder protection), but now I was looking for a longer size for more protection. After watching the video, I thought this was the product I needed and I bought it. Both products are almost exactly the same size! What a waste!
