These are really not that great for this purpose i used these because i had a leg injury and couldn’t use regular undies and pull them over it. These are really not that great for this purpose.Also if you put the belt on with the attachment tabs facing your skin, you may regret it as it is hard plastic. The other thing that bothered me was the huge 1 inch loose paper edge border all along the crotch area.
